Shipping and return policy
1. Shipping
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
(excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with
tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.
Expedited options are available at checkout for an additional cost.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and usually take 7–21
business days.
Customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply
and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by
carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

2. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be:
o Unopened,
unused, and in their original packaging.
o Accompanied
by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Opened or used supplements cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
Non-Returnable
Items
·
Opened or partially used bottles.
·
Gift cards.
·
Clearance or final sale items.
3. Refunds
·
Once your return is received and inspected, we
will notify you of approval or rejection.
·
Approved refunds will be issued to your original
payment method within 5–10 business days.
·
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order
qualified for free shipping, we may deduct the original shipping cost from your
refund.
4. Exchanges
·
Exchanges are only available for defective or
damaged products.
·
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product to
arrange an exchange.
5. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@columntechnology.com with your order number. We will provide
instructions and the return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping
costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
·
We recommend using a trackable shipping service,
as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
